Barton Springs is a magical place.

The Texas Hill Country reminds me of the Ozarks and is the best part of Texas.

Austin is in the best geologic/geographic region of the state.

Their cheerleaders wear chaps which is undeniably sexual.

Fayetteville and Austin have a lot in common. Or rather, Fayetteville metro is a lot like Austin was 30 years ago. Big state college in the south, Big corporate behemoths in the north. The limestone/karst topography, with aquamarine/clear rivers and party-floating, swimming hole culture is nearly identical.

45-minutes outside of Austin you have places like this:
