My favorite Aggie establishment is still Jason’s Deli. No one eats at those anymore like they did a decade ago, but still good food imo.

Super fan Old Marge makes delicious sugar cookies. Great stadium. Great fight song. Passionate fans. Dat Nguyen scored me tickets back in the day and RC let me in the locker room after an Aggie victory in a top 10 matchup in Boulder and I appreciate the graciousness.

I don’t know if Freebirds was started by just an Aggie, but I think it was at some point. I think the former Aggie, Pierre, was originally from California, where the original Freebirds was, and ended up selling his stake for good money bc he wanted to move back to Cali.

True. I remember, going to the Cotton Bowl parade in downtown Dallas on New Year’s Day. I was always impressed by their band and still prefer that style today.
