No link but my sauces are usually pretty reliable.
LSU is currently working on a buyout for Bo Pelini. Both Mike Elko and Zach Arnett are on the short list as possible replacements and LSU expects to pay the new DC "as much or more" than Pelini currently makes. There are also some other coaches outside the SEC being considered.

So LSU is going to pay Pelini a massive buyout and then make somebody else a Top 3 highest paid assistant in the country?

One down year doesn't make up for the difference in the programs. That is why I don't understand why you A&M fans think because you had a better season this year than LSU, that it somehow means you are a better program. Completely ignoring the fact that LSU just went 15-0 and won the title. It doesn't make any sense.
