Aranda was already on staff when O took over, and Brady obviously wanted no part in sticking around after just 1 year there. Throw in the fact that O got lucking with being able to get Burrow, and not having to rely on any of your recruited QBs, and I'd say that you guys caught lightning in a bottle last year.
Again, under a decent HC, LSU is a better football program. But O isn't a decent HC. There's no way the DC at A&M is leaving Jimbo for coach O.
