I'm optimistic, but @ Arky is a tough win. I'm not surprised by the spread.

Waters always goes off on us. Our young guards will struggle.

Spread is predicated on Mike's winning streak at home on Saturdays, nothing more or less.

LSU is more talented and experienced.

Not this year. WKU, Georgia Tech, and Florida have all beaten us at home already this year.

When was the last time LSU won a true road game?

The 50 point win in Fayetteville early last year?

Mizzou is pussying out. This storm is nothing uncommon for this part of the country. I guarantee you that Arrowhead will be full this afternoon for the Chiefs game.

We are pussing out by playing the game on Sunday.

Interesting

And yes, this type of storm is quite uncommon numbnuts. Most accumulation I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

I've got a layover in St. Louis on Wednesday, is that going to get fricked up?

I doubt it. Temperatures are supposed to be in the 40's next week. The biggest issue will be snow melt.

Last week we had 60 degrees.

Typical Missouri weather.

8 years ago we had 21 inches in CoMo, and I distinctly remember Carl Edwards being on KOMU interviewed by a kid who had no idea who he was talking about taking his tractor down hwy 63 pulling folks out that were stuck. But we haven't had more than two or three inches at once since, and this and that snow are probably the two biggest snows we have had in 25 years.

As for Arrowhead, no idea but my brother in downtown KC got like two inches, so it may be full there but CoMo got wrecked.

We have anywhere between 6 to 10 inches of snow in KC and it's still coming down. Arrowhead will be packed though, no doubt about it.

I'm surprised the line is this low tbh -- VOLS are better than UF in every metric with an average margin of victory of 21+ ppg. Florida's going to need to play their best game of the season to keep this that close.

KenPom has it as a 1 point game. Playing a top 20 KenPom team on the road is very tough. This is one of the 5 most difficult games on the schedule on paper (along with Kansas, Gonzaga, @ UK, @ AU). Wouldn't be surprised at all to see UF win.

I would say bet the house on Tennessee today. I don't bet against the Gators, but we're likely to lose by 20+ today, even at home.

Having said that, we do have the one game a year where we play flawlessly and could beat anyone.

See our game versus Auburn at home last year, no one gave us a chance and we won.

Or see multiple times versus Kentucky or vastly better teams at home.

But I would feel comfortable betting on Tennessee, even still.
