I did not expect the possibility of a sweep in Starkville, but here we are. Win or lose today, it's been a good series for us. I'm eager to see which version of the Florida Gators show up in Athens next weekend.

We have more personalities than Sybil.

For all the non-geezers who have no idea who that is.

quote:

Sybil (1976) is a landmark TV mini-series starring Sally Field as a woman with 16 distinct personalities resulting from severe childhood abuse. Based on the 1973 book detailing the true story of Shirley Mason, it popularized the concept of Multiple Personality Disorder (now Dissociative Identity Disorder), though later reports suggested many details were fabricated or exaggerated.

Kinda nice on the 10am first pitch. Baseball all day, Final Four games mixed in. The horror.

After A&M hit him pretty good I don’t know if I’d start him very long against MSU

Yeah our Achilles heel is going to be our lack of an obvious 3rd arm. Ishikawa hasn’t been the same since he broke his foot. Maybe Matt Scott can assume that role? Sundays/Game 3s are becoming midweek games where we just throw out Johnny all staff and see what sticks. Helluva way to run a railroad given that we ar trying to get out of Supers this year.

Rubber match. Alabama took the opener, Oklahoma took yesterday's game.

Huge game. Either Bama takes a small step back to earth or wins its 3rd straight series against a top 25 team (as of today’s rankings).

Ky is likely to fall out, but if they somehow hang on to the 25th spot and Arky beats AU today, all of Bama’s first 5 SEC opponents will be ranked come Monday. Crazy

Pretty cool to hear Buck Showalter on the UGA-MSU telecast. Did not know he was connected to Starkville; maybe an alum or coached there previously?
