He was never going to make it in the NFL. He is the consummate college player that is good in college but cannot make the jump

Apparently not. It comes down to the fact that many college football QB's cannot read a defense. Pavia is an option QB without the NFL skillset. Not a high draft pick ... not worth the development effort.

I mean does he? Connor Shaw was every bit as good, if not better than him and couldnt make it. Shaw was also the opposite of a headache. Some dudes just don't have the measurables for that league
