The only one of those with a chance to consistently go toe to toe with Saban is Fisher. Recruiting, resources, staff, not sharing a state with tGOAT and not having to face the buzzsaw that will be UGA every year.

Again, the last 5 years beg to differ. You are giving an opinion. The facts guffaw at your opinions.
ETA guffaw is in that book with all of the words that you keep under the short leg of the coffee table......so it won't wobble.

Fisher has yet to coach a game at TAMU. We know what Gus and Orgeron are capable of. Gus just got nearly a 50Mil extension for beating Bama once every 4 years. Fisher is a better recruiter than Gus and Orgeron, and he’s better at X’s and O’s than Gus or Orgeron.
You bring up FSU being highly favored in 2013... why were they highly favored over Auburn? Who built those programs? Who won?

Yeah, winning the SEC West, twice in 5 years, had nothing to do with it.
We saw what Fisher can do. He can win a NC if he has a superior QB. If he doesn't, he barely makes a bowl game in his last season, and lets Clemson take over the ACC........even though he is in the most fertile recruiting State in the nation.

Or maybe sane fans know that a NC isn't the end all. That is what every teams strives for, but success/failure isn't measured by that. If it is, bama has failed for most of their football entirety.

It seems pretty obvious to me. The three best recruiting HCs are Saban, Smart, and Fisher. Jimbo won't have immeditate success necessarily, but I think he'll challenge Saban like no other coach will aside from Smart. I think Jimbo will put A&M firmly in second place in the West. He's not a loser

I got to laugh at this. Fisher and A@M will never challenge us. We running a streak on them to. Won't be long until they are A7M. Of all of Coach Saban's menters Fisher is about the least one I like. He owes everything to Coach Saban cause he just don't look like hes man enough to do much on his own. Hell he couldn't even keep his players from hitting his wife. He prolly went to A@M because he got a better chance to hold on to his woman there.

Fisher was a great hire for A&M.... he's probably a good enough coach to get them above 4th in the West.
