I mean outside the popcorn game all the games were one score with Kiffin tripping over his own dick to secure the L.

Did he tell them that in his day all it took was a few 1k handshakes and the keys to a new Charger?

It is amazing that Alabama is 55-10-2 against Ole Miss. Hard to believe it is even possible. But obviously it is.

Folks - what I'm about to say is not a troll. Its not meant to just incite everyone. But it will.

As good as Nick Saban was as a coach - and he was the best in not only my lifetime but on the Mt. Rushmore of how you do it - when he talks about anything not Xs and Os or how to run a football team. He's a moron about anything not old system college football.

Because his entire worldview revolves around what makes things good for his style of running a powerhouse football program.

I don't care what is "good for college football". I care about individual economic freedom. Nick Saban does not. And lets not bullshite each other. He enjoyed over $10 million a year on the back end - just from Alabama - from the old system.

Nick Saban should talk less.

Iowa had a player on campus and practicing and Nick Saban took him

If you are referring to Proctor the LT, and I can’t think of anyone else we got from Iowa, that was under DeBoer. I’d also add that he had already been at Bama for a season and left for Iowa due to likely tampering. Seems like there was a girl involved iirc.

2021 popcorn game where lane dipped into his madden playbook.
2022 is literally a one score game and our receiver dropped a pass in the end zone as time expired.
2023 we were without any of our top receivers and it was a one score game going into the 4th after giving Bama points on a blocked punt earlier in the game.

Bear refused to play Vaught during his peak. Refused to play from 47-64.
Bear would have lost several of those games if he wasn’t such a pussy.

Can’t wait to shower that little gnome with “frick Nick saban” chants on game day in September.

And here we go. Please tell me why St. Nick - best football coach I ever saw, BTW - has anything we should listen to regarding anything NOT the closed system of college sports where basic labor law was ignored for decades.

Its like the old stupid shite back in the Boomer days when GE would pay for a motivational speaker from sports. As if the make-believe, contrived world matched up with the real world. It does not.

Little Nicky is being a bitch. He retired when the playing field became level with NIL and he couldn't just horde talent any longer.

He was 93 years old when he retired. He stated several times he was out of energy and didn't have the stamina he used to have and it distressed him.

This narrative that the less fortunate have woven of him being deathly afraid of NIL recruiting and just couldn't possibly succeed, whereas all other coaches were so much better at it than him, is bullshite.

Saban was a saint, a literal saint from heaven on Earth. He never cheated a day in his life and was well respected among his peers as the most righteous, honest, and trustworthy man in the entire coaching world.

Saban didn't like what he saw with NIL, that is true, but he could have done it and could have done it better than anyone else if a little younger and had no values and liked to beg and grovel at children's feet. He chose not to do so.

He did everything better than everyone else at every step of his career. There was no coach more respected by his contemporaries and who had more integrity in the coaching profession than Nick Saban.

Not anymore. A Charger goes for $30k - $70k. That is pocket change. The preferred walk ons probably get $50k. You’d better up your game if you want 4 or 5 stars. Like into the millions, or hundreds of thousands.

Clutch your perceptions harder, bitch, harder. Try to make your fantastical dreams into reality; there are some losers who will buy it.

You have just invalidated all of college football, all coaches, all championships, all previous methods of coaching and teaching football fundamentals to generations of football players with your hysterical claptrap nonsense.

Tell the board how football didn't start until NIL was approved, 'ya short dick moron.

Saban isn't against NIL. He is against the unsustainable, lawless, no parameters system that is currently in place. You know, like 99% of this board.
