Nobody is going to let it slide, but Cam Robinson is a gifted football player who can make a very good living playing professional football for many years. I don't see the point of this incident ruining any chance he has to maximize his earnings and help his family.

Bernie Madoff was a gifted individual also, he should have been given another opportunity so he could maximize his earnings and help his family.

The entitled mentality is alive and well I see. And no frat boys don't get away with anything. If I remember two got kicked out of school for a racist song. But these two should get a game suspension for a felony?

You are a whole different level of stupid. Comparing a man who stole billions of dollars from people that trusted him to two 20 year old guys smoking weed with a gun in the car is probably about as stupid an analogy as I have ever heard.

We can tell. He's teaching a bunch of teenagers it's okay to lie, steal, and cheat as long as you win. I wonder why so many of them keep doing it and few amount to anything afterwards. Kind of the same mentality Auburn fans teach their kids. It's why none amount to anything and just get worse through the generations. It's why yall are here wholeheartedly believing Cam should get a pass just because he plays for Auburn.

Fixed that for ya.

My God...seriously. Auburn fans are so blind to their own shite.

Which should in no way make any difference in how he is punished. He should have thought of that before he wanted to go break the law.

If that's the case why punish anyone for any crime?

Yes certain frat and non frat boys get away with or get shite reduced all the time. If you think they don't you are very naive. Also what country do you live in? Have you not noticed that anything remotely racist gets jumped on by liberals in this country as a crime worse than murder.

Who said anything about a game suspension?

Fixed that for you. That about sums up anything yall spew. Ever wonder why it's only other Bama fans that agree with each other? Just like this with yall claiming he should be lightly punished because he plays football.

But someone made a great point in the other thread about them getting high before robbing someone or committing murder........

You are correct, but based on the bammers on here, nobody died and it was the first time he was ever in trouble. The potential of physical damage to the general public was higher in Robinson's case.

Because not all crimes are created equal. Cam should be punished, but what he did should not prevent him from having a future in professional football. We just disagree on this. You as an auburn fan want him in jail for 5 years for this. I get it.

Are you that dense for real? I'll help. My point is that Auburn is known as Second-Chance U. You won your first championship in 50 years with a reject (who happened to lie, cheat, steal and also be named Cam). Get it now?

Give us a break with your faux outrage hypocrite...I seem to remember that AU played Dyer after he loaned the gun to Trailer Park 4 during a spice smoking session. AU, Chizik and Gus new he was involved and played him anyway.....

No they are not. The punishment should also not be twisted just so he can play football. It's shouldn't make any more difference in the case than what anyone else could do for a living if they are punished. No you don't get it. I think he should be punished just like anyone else. If everyone else gets 5 years then he should too.
