A) yes. Helmets made contact on the initial blow. The fact he lowered his helmet won't help him regardless of him leading with his shoulder. I hate the rule, but it's in place and must be called accordingly.
B) No. I hate how the refs can cover their asses and make a suspension days after a game. Either make a good decision or deal with the flak of making a poor one. We all deal with it in everyday life. Why should FB be different?
