I actually said it to myself while typing the line out...

how many of the S&C coaches came directly from a high school before getting hired at Bama?

You got me. Do the research:

Scott Cochran, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach/Football
Terry Jones, Assistant Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
Rocky Colburn, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Michelle Martin Diltz, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Jonathan Farris, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Jim Hamner, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Corey Harris, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Mark Hocke, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Travis Illian, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Kindal Moorehead, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Lou DeNeen, Strength and Conditioning
Phelon Jones, Athletic Intern
Josh Hampton, Athletic Intern

I'm guessing not many.

So then the program won't be operating optimally without Coach Harris, correct?

I guess they'll work around his absence until they hire a replacement. Correct?

Maybe my Auburn mind wonders constantly about other imaginary conspiracies.

The last thing you want is the NCAA nosing around your program consonantly. They will find something eventually.

Like vowels? Maybe a prepositional phrase?

get it. I'm just wondering about this guy and the other 8 assistants and what value they possessed that got them hired in the first place.

Apparently you don't get it, actually. Their value is that they have S&C training, and we wanted to hire them. The Alabama athletic department decided that the optimum number of available S&C coaches, for their program, is whatever number they hired.

Whats so hard about that to decipher?
I just googled the two departments. Auburn has four S&C guys. Bama has 13. (make that 12 now, I'm sure)

So he was superfluous? Why was he hired then?

Because frick you, thats why.

But seriously...its not like we are trying to run a bare bones operation down there. The overall staff is huge.
Unemployed people lose all track of days of the week.
Apparently, coherent posting is your hated rival.
Hey look!! A Missouri fan! Have y'all played a game yet?

Hypothetical question: could you recruit better if you pay thousands for their autographs?

Thanks Coach Stallings.

So all the "in the know" crowd here were clueless.

Aren't they ALWAYS?

I'm sure that I have NEVER seen an "inside source" poster be accurate.

I can say that we cannot help but irrationally dislike a guy like Collins. I can't explain it, I'm not saying it's right but it's just a fact and seems to be more prevalent in Louisiana.

Yeah, y'all are some weird motherfrickers.

Didn't you know that all Alabama players are 1st round picks before they play a snap in college? How dare you question him!

I guarantee you this...if he was at LSU, he'd have some kind of retarded nickname to go along with his hyperinfalted predicted greatness.

Who names their child Haha?

Nobody.

Its a nickname given to him by his Granny.

The current struggles began once Saban's recruits were gone from the program. I doubt that has anything to do with it, but very little makes sense here.

Don't work the bait too much...you'll scare off the prey.
