k, so let's consider, again, ITP
Alabama undefeated, atop the SEC and #1 in the nation, UGA 5&2 and #13 in the nation, and LSU nowhere to be found and lost to Missouri and Miss. State
ITP
So the only frames of reference that matter to you are all-time or the last 2 months.
Reasonable.

actually, poll era stats is a good frame of reference
1970, at which time most teams were integrated is probably the best. Would you like me to compare LSU to UGA, UT, and UA in that timeframe? Because I will.

Reasonable fans expected 9-3 or 8-4 BEFORE the crucial opt outs from our players.

I've debunked you so many times that it isnt even fun anymore.
With the last one being that Michigan and Alabama are in the same tier.

I remember when this board thought LSU would lose 7 games in 2019.

Yes because we haven’t moved on from the poll era, or moved on from the era that exited the poll era.
Your points continue to be amazingly solid. Impressive.

You said: "Well technically, Tennessee would have a more recent championship"
To which I replied: "that's not technically, you ignorant and uneducated sidewalk fan, that's subjectively.
What is not subjective is that between the 1958 to Nick Saban LSU did not win a national title. UGA and UT did. In that same timeframe UGA and UT each won 7 SEC titles. LSU won 4. Oh, and Alabama won 16"
and you totally ignored it

Like I said, debunking you has become boring.

Then you don't have any reasonable fans.

Besides Alabama and Clemson, name a program that has that level of success in a 20 year span.
OSU, 2 national championships and 106-22 under Tressell, and 84-9 under Meyer.

thought I was being optimistic with 7-3, after the last three opt-outs I would've said 5-5. We prob won't even that that. Oh well, cfb don't count this year
What a chickenshit comment.... You wouldn't be saying that if your team was winning, and you know that. They will still be crowning a nat'l champ this year so eat your heart out.

SEC titles Alabama won from Bear Bryant to Nick Saban, TWO - history
A 25 year space of time with only 2 conference titles is a trend. Alabama was left for dead until y’all fell into nick saban.

I don’t ignore it but all-time wins isn’t a great metric to use, especially pre-modern era of football

Not subjectively, Alabama was turned down by Rich Rodriguez
Alabama was dead until Nick Saban fell into their laps. Be thankful not prideful. It’s a bad look

What is funny is they were preseason top 5 because they they had talent and young players that had potential. Now all they do is blame the losses on 14 err players leaving for the NFL and opt outs. Who cares? They still had talent on the team from the way they recruit. No way they should be this bad...

Ah, yes. Going from an arguably top 10 team of all time to falling off the face of the earth is totally normal.

Please tell me what UGA and UT have done since 2000. I’ll hang up and listen. And yes please include SEC titles, wins and Natties.
I’ll hang up and listen.
