re: Most hated program outside the SEC

I read OSU boards, as I do all 247 boards..... and they are generally very fair about what other teams "think".... and reciprocate with. LSU and Tennessee fans are the worst, IMO.
Hopefully never.... and I direct that mostly toward Tennessee fans who defiled Greg Schiano so badly that it was beyond reprehensible and vile. I use to half way like them until then and I am not even a Schiano fan.... even though I think he is a decent HC.
You sir, are definitely an idiot.

With Heupel's offensive philosophy he better be all that. Cause his guys are going to be on the field, a lot.

So true....and with Tennessee facing sanctions along with so many transfers, it could turn into coaching suicide.

Arky hired a position coach to be their head coach.

So was Orgeron....
Very good coach who is very well liked and respected by his peers and players. Is one of the best recruiters in the country, right on par with their other recruiters, except for maybe Brian Hartline (WR's) who is in a different universe. Columbus guy who is being groomed as future DC. Will he leave OSU for that dumpster fire, IDK, especially when he has already got (3) top 40 players committed for 2022.
What is interesting is that Barry Sanders didn't even start for Oklahoma State until I believe his senior year......Thurman did. Also interesting is that they are both from Wichita, Kansas, but I'm not sure they played on the same high school team.
Sidewalk Tiger, you are the biggest BS artist for LSU. We will see what happens with these sanctions.
Barry Sanders.... In 9 seasons at Detroit he had no offensive line and still had almost 16000 yds rushing...retired at 29 as one of the classiest players ever.
How you Tennessee creeps defamed a mans character ( by calling him a pedophile enabler) is almost criminal with no proof at all except for one rumour that the accuser has since retracted. Don't you think that his subsequent employers, including Ohio State, knew all about this..... No, only Tennessee, where they chose to smear him in the worst possible way, only because they didn't like him as a coach. Fine, i understand that, but to call him a pedophile enabler is beyond shameless. For that I hope your low life fans and university suffer immeasurably, which you are getting a good start on with the Pruitt infractions and many on your team leaving. You reap what you sow.

As far as Schiano goes I am not a big fan... but he is a good coach. a 3-6 first year record is almost amazing considering how horribly, horribly bad they have been in the last decade since he left. Two narrow last second losses to Michigan and Illinois actually would have put him over 500. It was certainly better than Pruitts 3-7 in his 3rd year, and all-around losing record.

Look, I don’t really care about proving you wrong here. Deep down you know you’re lying on a dumb sports board about having made an over-the-line joke about a real sexual assault case.

I own my shitty predictions about MSU beating Kentucky. I don’t go back and delete them so I can just outright deny them to protect my e-cred. Lighten up.

Smart move..... I think this whole LSU fiasco is just the tip of the iceberg...Where there is smoke there is fire...In this case probably a monster fire. It's all in the beginning phases, just like the Tennessee thing, although I have a gut feeling it won't be as bad there.

Played HS in the Ga. Signed with LSU. Started. Quit before the season ended. Now he goes to Fl. This kid is mixed up Bi Polar quiter. LSU is lucky to get rid of the problem child pu$$y. Glad Fl got him now Stingly can bust his a$$ and the LBs can eat his lunch. Good riddens Syble.. GEAUX TIGERS!!!

You can call him all the foul names you want but to attack his mental health is beyond deplorable...
With Greg Mattison retiring on friday this would be the perfect opportunity for pruitt to get on his feet and resurrect his career in a big way. Although he has been pretty much a failure so far as a HC nobody can refute the competency he has had at the DC position at Alabama, Fla. State, and Georgia. He would be a perfect fit at OSU looking over the front end and Kerry Coombs the back end. Another factor is he can recruit, which is another big plus. IMO it's a win-win situation.

Or that it was testified to in court that he witnessed an act between Sandusky and a child and in response gave a meek denial. With an accusation like that, he should have been suing some folk for slander and libel. The fact that he didn’t speaks volumes. I would rather nuke the goddam program than be associated with anyone involved in a systematic pedo cover up.

It has never been proven, not even by dossier after dossier by the FBI, that Schiano knew anything about Sanduskys crime. Tennessee fans and the Trump backers have one thing in common, 0 evidence. To smear a mans character in such a way is unconscionable, bordering on criminal, and only because you didn't like him as coach, which is the real reason. I will never cheer for your team, or Clay Travis who is a repugnant .... You reap what you sow.

I read where it was just confirmed he will be visiting OSU this weekend with his parents. Will be his last visit before NSD. All bets are off where he will go now but think it will be SC or OSU.
In all fairness Ricks has always had his eyes on OSU. He would have gone thereif Meyer hadn't quit. They have one CB open on a fully stacked team that will again probably go to the playoffs. I agree that the portal shouldn't be open to undergrads, but what can you say... Of course I hope he doesn't go but if he does I can see why. Hell, they had their high 1st round or 2nd round WR Chris Olave come back...That's just crazy.... but just like Devonta Smith last year. It is very enticing when you can play for a natty almost every year.
As an impartial observer and a fan of neither team, this I must say. Watching both teams closely over 2019-20 it's interesting. yes, Alabama's defense was a little suspect, but no worse than 2019 LSU. Yes, Alabama beat Florida 52-46, but LSU had close games also against Texas with only a 7 pt. win, and Auburn 23-20. Heck, although the score didn't indicate it (46-41) they didn't exactly incinerate a depleted Bama, although as I have said the final score was much worse.

Both teams awesome, especially Burrow that year, but from what I saw in those two years, Devonta Smith and Alabamas receiving corp was the best I ever saw, absolutelely, without a doubt. Chase and the LSU were great, but I got to go with Smith and co.. What impressed me the most though was Bama's QB getting the ball out so quickly and never seemingly targeting one particular receiver... They were all in play. Although he was not even close in overall talent to Justin Fields he was so , so superior in that aspect. I wouldn't know who would win between those two teams, but who really does.
Ok, I'll say it....2019 LSU was a great, great team, one of the best ever.... and I'm not an Alabama fan. You LSU fans become nauseating after a while with your bragging. Don't see Alabama fan going over, and over, and over again about this nonsense...but then again they don't need to.
There is no "best ever".... it is all totally subjective, depending on your biases.

Josh Pate is awesome and gave the 2019 LSU team a TON of praise and airtime.

Maybe switch to BR sports radio if listening to an unbiased national opinion triggers you.

Yes, he is very, very good.... knowledgeable, unbiased, and well spoken. I enjoy watching his shows
