If LSU doesn't win the national title, Alabama fans will have plenty of ammo since LSU couldn't finish the deal. A win to end the streak against Alabama will not be enough for LSU fans to overcome if they don't win the whole thing.

I do. It's LSU being remembered for anything other than billboards pointing out their ineptitude and crying like a 6 year old that taxes my memories. Suddenly the refs are no longer screwing them, the SEC and NCAA as well as the CIA and FBI are not gunning for them. And Ed is not some bumbling, mumbling "coonass" they are ashamed to share a culture and state with. Those things are still very much current and alive btw, dating all the way back some 3 months. But most folks didn't pile on, just sorta did what you do when you see an amazing spectacle, roll the windows up, slow down and look and keep moving.
