Didn't we land at #13 in the final playoff rankings? That would have been a glorious melt had it gone to 12 this year. Our defense didn't deserve any playoff no matter what.

There was not indisputable video evidence to overturn the Matt Caddell catch in the 2007 LSU game. The nose of the ball hit the ground. You could not tell if he ever lost control of the ball however. It should have stood as called on the field.
We didn't get screwed out of a playoff but if we were really rigging the show we would have been in last year because everyone knew we were better than TCU after they lost to K State.

In the 2011 GotC in Tuscaloosa LSU was awarded a questionable interception on the goal line that ended up costing us the game.

No, Alabama didn't claim '64, the AP and UPI both awarded Alabama the NC that season.
They are beautiful trophies. Here they are, among others of Bryant's.
