A very dumb question, but I was wondering what y’all’s local brew might be. We’re partial to Terrapin back in GA, and FL appears to be a mix (Saltwater Brewing Co., Buddha Brewing Co., etc.). So, what do you good folks in SC, AL, TN, KY, AR, TX, LA, MO, and MS drink predominantly? And no, Missouri, Anheuser Busch is not a fair answer.

My favorite AL beer is Back Forty Truck Stop Honey.

I'm also a fan of Rocket Republic's brown ale.

Parish Brewing in Louisiana. Better than Abita in my opinion.

30A Brewing Company puts out some good beer here in the panhandle. Their 30A Blonde has been a huge success. Give it a try if you can find it.

In Northwest Arkansas Core brewing is the most popular.

I don't partake much in beer drinking these days, but they have some good brews.

Aside from bourbon if we’re talking local, West Sixth (they have an award winning IPA) and Country Boy are our more popular locally.

To be honest, while it's nice to see all the breweries here in the state of Alabama popping up and having success, most offerings from our local breweries are pretty middling. Good People's Snake Handler IIPA is probably the best beer produced in the state and a quality brew, but pretty far from the upper echelons of the style.

Cigar City Brewing from Tampa is surprisingly good.
