The best part is this is a board full of people who have never seen the inside of a classroom at "their" university.

But they automatically know "their" city is so much better for college students.

The stupid gets thick around here sometimes.

Its not really that stupid when its the overall consensus and yes I've been.

Oxford is definitely more fun on a weekend to weekend basis, but Super Bulldog Weekend and Bulldog Bash are more fun than anything Oxford does.

You don't get out much.

Dude, I've been to every campus in the SEC, with the exception of Mizzou, Starkville is the worst, so far. I've lived in 7 different states, and worked in 26, I get out plenty.

Starkville is shite coated shite with shite filling.

Ok I will play. What do you call a city with over double the per capita crime rate, almost triple the per capita violent crime rate, double the per capita registered sex offenders, and a higher instance of people on welfare?

Witty reply.

Don't be mad you have the worst town in the SEC. Just accept it.

If only he had exercised a little patience, he might not have sentenced himself to three years in a toilet.

Howland tried the patience thing last year, and it burned him. He took a job that pays over $2M per year. I doubt he is kicking himself very much.

When he was at UCLA, he was the highest paid coach in the land. You are dead wrong that he isn't kicking himself. If he didn't get complacent and act like an enormous a-hole, he'd still be in Westwood, not Mississippi.

Well the coach does and that brings us full circle to the point of this thread.

Starkville isn't that bad but I catch his drift.
