Is that a bad thing? That tells me Auburn has the fewest NBA players and still made a FF.

So NBA talent stays in college until they are 23.2? I'm afraid you don't know how it works.

Kentucky played 2.5 freshmen off the bench and a bunch of 5th-6th year transfers

He’s talking about 2014 F4 in Dallas, where Kentucky’s freshman banded together as an 8 seed to lose in the championship to 7 seed UConn (beat Wiscy in F4). I saw that one in person…and was cheering for the 1 seed FL Gators as I will be this tournament as well.

Bruce's dudes from FIU, Moorhead State, and UAH showed Calipari exactly how it works.

No...2015 Kentucky had a faultless record until they lost to Wisconsin in the F4. That is an obvious letdown.

What is it about your Braves A and Muprh #3 avatar (and amazing screen name) that make people think you are a Bammer?

With the SECRant town drunk Stephen, I understand. He sees double or triple usually.

But the rest of them have no excuse.

I dont buy that Auburn is in the position where a loss in the next game is a letdown of the season. In what clown world?

There are certain sports where an appearance in a certain near final event means a whole lot (not as much as winning, but it means something) where as it doesn't as much in other sports.

Losing in the national title game in football is pretty immediately forgotten. Losing in a Super Bowl (unless its 28-3 type horror) is generally celebrated. Getting a Final Four and losing is celebrated. Getting to a World Series (unless you have massive massive expectations) is celebrated and remembered.

This Auburn team has a reasonably legitimate shot to win (not every Final Four team does), so not winning it would be a let down because those chances don't come around all that often. But certainly not a letdown of a season.

Fought in cabin of an airplane.

Broome had leg and arm amputations and played afterwards.

CBM was only kicked out of one game.

Found ways to win. Good defense. Good shooting inside. Outside.

Auburn is 1-2 against F4 opponents. Every team in the field has a legitimate fighting chance. Losses suck but nothing to turn into a diva over.

Lost 2 of 3 when you were at your best.

And now you’re limping into a game against one of those teams that spanked you just weeks ago.

Better tighten up and get Broomes knee, Ankle and Elbow ready.
