He’s always had a huge ego. He did that kind of shite since day 1 at OM. However, I do believe he was a better coach at OM than he is now. He’s also at a school where their two biggest rivals are currently two of the top 5 programs in the country. Hard to win in that situation and idk if auburn fans realize that.

Hugh Freeze beat Saban, he also slept with hookers.
He has his good and bad sides.

Welcome to the Hugh freeze experience

Freeze has a top 5 recruiting class lined up.
Ole Miss fans are hilarious. Can’t wait for the spin 2-3 years from now when that top 5 class is contributing on the field.

Yes, whether Ole Miss fans like to admit it or even knew. He's an egomaniac and always has been. Classic Narcissist.

This.... I see no passion or fire. He always looks like he is ready to cry instead of getting pissed and adjust.

They don't give out trophies for potential.

This is true but Hugh is in the same class as Deion. They just express it differently.

You still have to develop, coach and motivate them. From what I saw Saturday I am no longer very optimistic.
I hope I'm wrong.

That is a BIG reach.

Freeze is/was a great salesman which worked great in the old recruiting era.
NIL recruiting he doesn't get to use one of his strengths and its probably biting him.

For a team other than auburn? Used to be when a player was bought they were yours til the end. Now they take the money and run especially when your coach is throwing you under the bus every loss.

If he doesn't start winning, that class will vanish. Cam Coleman and Perry Thompson may evaluate what Ryan Williams does and come to the conclusion that they made the WRONG choice.

Here is the thing that needs to be asked . . .
Is Freeze capable of change?
The game has changed - again. Everyone scores a lot of points now. Defenses give up a lot of points. You can’t go really fast anymore. That’s not even bringing up NIL.
Is he the right guy now - for today’s game?

How so? Recruiting is the one thing he's been doing unquestionably well. Aside from pulling a transfer QB from the portal.
