Blew my mind waking up to this news. I know Rattler has some issues and reportedly some attitude problems but just the prospect of having a decently reliable QB here at SC is enough to make me excited.
Hope we can do something with this as well as the TE transfer in Stogner!

I’ve had a strong dislike for Spencer Rattler since I first saw him on QB1*. What an entitled prick. I didn’t mind watching him flame out at OU.
That said, a huge upgrade for USC.

Has great potential for high reward so looking forward to what he can do here. Plus the worry coming out of the upstate is palatable and most enjoyable.

Great news! Services were so sure about Rattler going to UCLA lol!! Congrats, Gamecocks. Rattler truly has a world-class arm, I’m thrilled he landed somewhere I can root for him.

Definitely agree. I don't think some people understand 'til I tell them that we were starting a graduate assistant for fricks sake. I'll gladly take on this experiment over something like that.

This can't be said enough.
We were throwing out grad assistants and transfers from DIII schools at QB this season. The fact that we were able to get to 6 wins at all is a minor miracle.

Haven't been a fan of Spencer Rattler since that video of him trashing his teammates and being a narcissistic frick.He promps himself up and puts his teammates down. Zero character with this guy. It also speaks volumes about how his teammates at OU played so much better when Rattler was pulled from the game and they put someone else in. Rattler would never see the field with OU again after that.

I sure hope the SC coaches saw QB1 on Netflix. This kid is a a parent enabled train wreck. I seriously doubt anything he did wrong in his life was ever considered "his fault".
