I don't get the Wake Forest guy being ranked that high. Anybody know anything about the guy?

Great defensive mind...when he was in the SEC, he was the only coach who could hold Arian Foster to under 100 yards per game.

I'm not sure Foster got 100 yards in his career vs Fla.

The only reason LSU is having success is because they’re LSU. With the right coach they could be so much better.

He's not wrong.

Not sure if you are just playing along as well but he was the OC for Tennessee while Foster was there, that was his joke.

Ol Sappy never disappoints with his emotional love letters he always tries to pass off as some sort of informed knowledge about football - or sports in general. always has to back-handed flame Carolina while worshiping at the altar of Pickens.

this is the same "man" who wrote in the July 4, 2008 P&C sports section that returning Pickens qb Cullen Harper should be a Heisman candidate. Harper was benched mid-season for good after losing to Wake Forest - and replaced by a true FR. he sure nailed the Heisman call.

the Oregon native and Colorado State grad fits in perfectly over in Mt Pleasant with all the O-hi-ans. they don't know their arse from a hole in the ground, either.

Oh yeah! CEO gets most improved!

But seriously, never heard of this site, and it lost all credibility when Malzahn was ranked 6th. Not to mention they have Malzahn up 3 spots from last year.

You've never heard of Charleston?
It's kind of a big deal.

But Sapakoff is our newspaper version of Feinbaum. Anything to get a rise out of the fanbase he's chosen to piss off that day.

Because there is no logical, traditional reason Kentucky should be 13-11 in the SEC over the last three years. Right, Gamecock Nation?

We don’t call the writer Gene Suckacock for nothing.

Spoiler Alert: Dabo is #1,

Because it's not a very good article? The person gives little more than a blurb to justify their rankings.

I have no problem with Dabo being ranked above Saban - as Saban was ranked above Dabo in his 2018 list (apparently), does that mean if Saban wins this year he'll be #1? If Clemson and Alabama keep swapping games, will the #1 coach be whomever wins that game?

Mainly because of the Mullen > Kirby take, and the laughable names that were all ranked ahead of Coach O

Matt Luke has couple of impressive pelts on his wall:

The HC at Florida

and

The HC of the Arizona Cardinals.

Both bent the knee to Fatt Luke
