Johnson will be a superstar in the future, imo.

Yep - it makes sense, and it neutralizes the issue of starting all over when coordinators leave. Then you don't feel neither as much pressure to maybe pass on a guy you like because he will leave in 2 years.

I think he's more of a guy who is ahead of the curve due to his upbringing, but he's a tough guy who I think you can trust to do a good job with everything.
Basically he's a really good game manager, which is a pretty high compliment.

1. Matt Corral- is in the right system with the right tools
2. Will Rogers- right system, right coach and will likely put up monster numbers.
3. A bunch of guys that statistically are quite similar. Between 60-70% completion rate, 80 completions gets around 1,100 yards, not eye popping TD/INT numbers. Daniels, Brennen, Bailey, Balzelak fit here. Decent, shorter season, new/young, should get better in year 2
4. Unknowns. Guys with no stats or no clear starter.

Where is the A&M QB?
He’s a combination of Brady, Brees, Rodgers, Farve, Staubach, Montana, Starr, Stabler, Mahomes, and Bradshaw without any of their shortcomings.
Also he’s coached by the very best coach in The history of the SEC, and his team has a history of competing for championships going back to 1939.

How many yards per attempt did Daniels have in his first three starts?
I was wondering the same thing, so I figured it up. It was 10.35, so roughly the same as when adding the 4th game.

The game or two I saw him in he looked really good. Extremely poised under stressful conditions. He'll be a good one.

I would probably rank Corral #1, myself, but is it any crazier to put Daniels #1 as it was for a Gator fan to put Emory Jones #2?

Wow, this is a low IQ take.
Brennan was starting for the first time ever in an offense that only had 2 returning starters.
Little different from Mac's situation.
No one was expecting him to be Mac Jones, but we did expect him to be substantially better than the 2 teenage backup QBs that LSU trotted out after he went down.
He was barely any better than either of those 18 year old freshman who were not even that highly recruited.
If after 4 years in college you are in a QB competition with lightly recruited teenagers something is missing. The guy doesn't have it.

Leach's transfer QB could end up surprising some folks next year.

What are you even talking about?
Finley was nowhere near as good as Johnson or Brennan.
Johnson was a 4 star just like Brennan.

That's the way I see him for the most part. And I also agree that it's a compliment (though don't tell Smith, Metchie and Waddle I said that). What I would have given for a really good game manager at LSU during the Miles years.

Potential means....he's not worth a shite yet

How about when we're discussing best SEC kickers, you get back with us. You can tell us how good Sarah is. Thanks

Throw in a 21/29 for 242 yards, 2 TDs/0 INTs and 40 yards rushing in some of those big games for Miles and that era looks a little different.

Don't tease me George. Between last night and the Saints game Sunday I'm at my breaking point.

Wow. You've got to be better than this, but apparently you are not.
Okay, I'll play that game. 7-4. Best year Florida has had in a decade and you lost 4 games. Congrats!

Stop being humble. You know damn well Young is going to be spectacular. Add in the talent around him and he'll be in the Heisman conversation by 2022 at the latest.
But we haven't seen either play in anything but garbage time.
