state fans are funny...imagine one of the real stadiums with noisemakers. The SEC would enforce the artificial noisemaker policy once and for all b/c TV would complain about how loud the fans were.

Y'all be jelly we get away with noisemakers

You want us to list MSU's stadium first, don't you? That is what you want, isn't it? Then when we don't you're going to argue about it and post that some sports guy said it was for the Auburn game. AM EYE RITE?
1. Not MSU's stadium
2. Not Mississippi State's Football stadium
3. Not the stadium that surrounds Scott Field
4. Not the stadium north of the Junction
5. Not the stadium east of Cullis Wade Depot
6. Not the stadium south of Barr Avenue
7. Not the largest football venue in or near Starkville, Mississippi
8. Not the second largest football stadium in the State of Mississippi
9. Not the stadium on the grounds of the university formerly known as Mississippi A&M
10. Not the college football stadium 25 miles west of Columbus, Mississippi
11. Not the stadium where Bully the English Bulldog can be spotted at home games
12. Not the stadium that hosts the Egg Bpwl every odd-numbered year
13. Not the stadium that saw the end of the head coaching career of Jackie Sherrill
14. Not the stadium that saw the beginning and end of the head coaching career of Sylvester Croom

May not be the loudest but you have to admit its a lot louder than Vaught Hemmingway. Ole Miss's stadium doesn't go up high enough to get loud. It's too low.

I have been to every stadium in the league except Mizzou and A&M.
Tennessee at its loudest (98 Florida, 04 Florida and 06 Florida), LSU in 05 for the Monday night game and Florida in 01 are the games that stand out.
A lot of younger people otb have not heard Neyland at its loudest, but I believe when Tennessee is top 10 good it is up there with The Swamp and Tiger Stadium.
Have never heard Sanford, Bryant Denny and USC that loud. Been to Sanford 5 or 6 times.

Sanford stadium is a joke as far as loudness. The quietest 90000 you'll ever hear. I could literally study in that stadium during a game. Been there 3 times now and have always left the game disappointed in the atmosphere. Really weirdly designed stadium that is eyrrly quiet.

You should've heard Willy B in 2012 vs Georgia. Actually, go sit in the upper deck. It had to be reinforced years ago bc it actually swayed from fans jumping up and down. Hence the phrase, "If it ain't swayin', we ain't playin'".
And make fun of it all you want, but NOBODY Sandstorms like SCar. That place becomes absolutely deafening then.
Sandstorm
ETA: Holy shite...I think I just inadvertently figured out what our problem is. The upper decks are reinforced so they can't sway anymore. They can't sway, we can't play. UNREINFORCE THAT BITCH!!!

I haven't been to every stadium and doubt we are THE loudest due to our capacity but I know for a fact VH never gets louder than DWS

Believe me, I am very happy that LSU does not shake noisemakers or pompoms.

The place becomes deafening when you blare music?
Interesting...

Y'all know you love Sandstorm. ATM loved it so much they took it back to Texas with them.
You're not being very nice, Jesus. That's unholy.

Agree with this. Would put alabama over teneessee now. Their new additions hold in the sound better. At least the sounds of their swishing or their "drink stirrers" aka pom poms. Still get loud for the right moments. TS is the loudest by far on the one to two nights a year it wants to be.

That's a pretty shitty season even by Ole Miss standards.

What years? What was the game times? We played at 12:00 in 2010, 3:30 in 2012. and 12:00 in 2014. And y'all weren't ranked. A night game in a key matchup and you'll get more than what you bargained for.

Depends on the game IMO.
