Played around Christmas time. The course was still maturing from the remodel. I thought it was fantastic. Some of the greens were still working to fill in but it’s a great layout. Worth playing.

What do you like to cook. I have both and they are both good at what they do but not necessarily great at all things. Pellet grills are great for the casual user. It’s basically a smoking oven. There are some that expose the flame for searing options. I like those so you can sear high heat. Egg takes more time to get the fire right but gives a better quality smoke or direct fire cooking. But it takes time to get the coals right. I feel an egg type is better but you can mess up things pretty quickly. Pellet is much easier to not screw up.
I went to the lsu rice match here in Houston. All I can say is the number one player was a freshman sho held his own against rice number one. And the number two was a sophomore. So maybe the team is on the younger side with some potential. They struggled with doubles but I think that is more of a reflection of youth. Your best doubles teams play together longer.
LSU is a better alternative than the schools mentioned. But you could add Texas state to that list. Or even one of the UT Arlington or UTSA of UH. But you can’t substitute the big college atmosphere. If his heart is at lsu encourage him to go there. Have him make smart decisions with regard to who he hangs out with and where he hangs out and the possibility of crime will be minimized.
No. But you can get one in the low to mid 100’s. Similar price to a 911. I would like to get a car that I could pass down to son that would be cool to bough for him to keep.
I was waiting to see if the S would have a manual. The T seems a little underpowered but easily tuned. 2025 is my year to get another fun car as a weekend car and I have determined it will be 100% a manual. Thought about the boxster 4.0 or spyder. Preference is a 911 but they sure don;t depreciate which I suppose is a good thing in the long run. Have done the manual BMW's and have thought about one for nostalgia sake. Maybe an older gated ferrari or Lamborghini... Feel like I need to get a good one to keep before all automakers kill them off.

Houston zoo has lights that might be fun for the kids.
looks like I have 2 sold. If that falls through I will let you know.
$250 each. Leave contact information if interested.
I would recommend at least 25% of the pond to be 8-10'. that will help the fish in summer and winter. 4' will not allow for sustainable healthy fish long term outside of perch. Dig to 10-12' and it will silt into 8-10'

I have been fighting this a bit. My pond wants to stay around 8' deep. Thats the typical soil bearing capacity in a non claylined, non sandy soil. If you can identify areas where you know the pond is leaking i have had success with soil floc... Obviously the best route is to drain the pond and either clay line or bentonite mix. But short of that you are chasing the problem. I have a water well that I run continuously for my 5 acre pond.

I have mine flashed and it runs great and can do the same with the 200.

Have a zxr21. I like the 200's. Good size. The trailers are much better now that they started making them in house. Its a good stable platform.
My son is a junior at Virginia tech. We fly into and out of Roanoke when we visit. It’s an easy airport to get in and out of. Seems like a decent small town. The winter there is pretty difficult. It’s really cold but yet doesn’t snow that much. It’s sort of situated 3+ hours from everywhere. If you like slightly remote living I think it could be nice. Summers there are great.

Wife and son each have one. It’s a much better ride than the jeep. We have had no issues on either one in two years of ownership. Like above the base stereo is horrible. Had to upgrade to aftermarket in the big bend trim. Wife’s badlands is tolerable.
