Pretty solid list. I might actually flip Lane and Kelly. Still doesn't feel like Stoops is high enough, based on trajectory.

Pittman doesn't care where he falls on the list, so 6th is fine. He's got quite a bit to prove this year, but I bet he replaces someone in top 5 this year.

I didn't bother to state rationale - 1a & 1b are clearly elite...but any of the top 8 can win big in the SEC - 3 through 8 are absolutely capable of winning their division but all of them can't because of the sheer strength of the conference - but none of the top 8 are losers - I love Pittman and agree he is perfect for Arky - and I hope he does well and may win the division - but competing in the SEC-W....tough scene....

Two points:
1 - We will probably never know his SEC potential because the inbred barn PTBs are determined to sabotage him.
2 - This is a football chat/opinion board - I'm comfortable w/my rankings

looking forward to a great game with the pigs in a few weeks

Three good hires that year. Fans of these teams should be happy with these coaches. How about the other coaches hired that year?

Saban and Smart run the conference, but so many good coaches across the board. As a Mizzou fan, Drinkwitz has recruited really well, but cannot control his mouth and cannot produce on the field...and is generally an unlikable dude. Too quick to spout off, zero results to back it up. The Drinkwitz era will not end well. Mark Stoops, hate losing to UK but I think all would agree the dude has completely changed the trajectory with that program, I respect the hell out of that guy. Anyone not named UGA/Bama should strive to find what UK has going...Arky may have found it as well.

With that soft arse easy schedule Ole Miss plays, hell yeah, I'd not only put Kiffin in top 5, I'd put Ole Miss entire program top 5, I mean shite!

Napier and Kelly shouldn’t be on the list at all till 2024 . We need to do our list with coaches that have been at a program for at least two years.
Then you can rank those

This fricking fraud should be about number 12.

Name something he has won. I'll wait.

When I first saw this I thought you were trolling or not paying attention. After thinking on it I tend to agree. If we are talking about "at this moment" I can see your point. "At this moment takes into consideration:

1. Age
2. Recent accomplishments
3. Future potential

1 and 3 are in Kirby's favor. No doubt Saban is the GOAT, and who knows how much longer he might coach. It could be 2-3 more years or 10 more years.

Then, how the hell do you have Kelly ranked so high?

Is Harsin ranked so high because of his 5 game losing streak to close ‘21, or is it because he is the worst recruiter in the SEC??

It was a culture rebuild from finesse to physicality. UGA was soft when Kirby took over.
