Mason jones should have been POTY, and if Arkansas had one player who was taller than 6'7 Mason would have won easily. His stats are far and away better than any other player in the SEC. UK bias, and Arkansas's subpar record with 2 of its top 3 players playing hurt all season, or not playing at all during surgery. All while being double and triple teamed every time he touches the ball. While simulationly being the most accurate definition of average athleticism on the court. Kid just out works everyone else, and deserved that award over the far less deserving player. Had this been an MVP award. It would have been a landslide for jones.
