Did Bama's NC not count but did wins like this for LSU count? If Bama's NC did not count, then it's only fair to say this shoe-throwing game never happened for you. Which is it? Just curious. I have no idea why this is so hard to understand
They were the best team in 2020 and deserved to win a national championship for that season. It’s impossible to compare that team to a champion from a normal season. Dogshit 5-5 LSU that season won one less game than a team that played for a title. Eligibility didn’t even count. Total joke of a season.

I think you missed the significance of that game and that instance. It’s not about the overall records. It was just hilarious. That’s all.
Congratulations on the Bulldogs back-to-back. I’ve been rooting for y’all to break through and I knew once Kirby won the first one he’d be hell on wheels. I think that in 10 years we will be looking back on some classic LSU-Georgia games.

I don’t remember 2020 for some reason. I do remember, however, that time in 2018 when Georgia announced prior to the beginning of the season that the LSU game would be their “takeover” game.

Wow LSU fans were really expecting a repeat when we lost like 8 starters on each side of the ball to the pro's . Then Op out's by the rest of the stars like Chase, stingley hurt wink-wink. I think most LSU fans expected 3 to 4 loses but you stupid if you think LSU fans were thinking back to back Nc's. 2020 season was a joke and bama should have a * by that season. Bama 2020 look at that schedule and tell me you guys played how many top 10 schools?and when you did it was in empty stadiums and usually missing a bunch of players.

This. The shoe incident was probably the most memorable thing in an otherwise forgettable season because it was so utterly ridiculously funny.

It was fun to make fun of Florida for stupidly throwing away their season, but ours was already over.
It was a fun game/ending. Doesn’t change the fact that 2020 will always be known as the Covid year of college football.
All of that said, I’m also one who has always said Bama’s championship is legit since they were playing under the same rules as everyone else.
I guess what I’m saying is that your entire post is both stupid and wrong.
