She needs to figure out the genesis of the rumor and go after them.

Apparently, according to some sources, it's a site called DNA Sports Talk.

From their website:

"DNASportsTalk consists of two people who love to talk sports and the link to everyday life. The D is Don Stenson originally from Columbus, GA and the A is Asa Brown originally from Charleston, SC. We both have been living in the Atlanta area for 20 years and have a real pulse of what’s going on in the city and other demographics in the country."

Several other sites picked up on it and repeated it.

Oakland News Now.

Some of those sources that pick up on rumors and publish them may be overseas, so good luck suing them.

Technically, it would be possible to sue for libel, I guess. It’s not very practical, though, considering the anonymity of posting on this site. Beyond that, whether she could meet all of the elements of libel is another question.

Sorry your wife and daughter post skanky pictures on the internet. Maybe you should be a better father and husband.

I wouldn’t call them skanky, but I agree with the idea. If you are posting bikini pics with your arse facing the camera, then you know what type of attention you will get.

No...if that were true, imagine how many court cases would be filed?

He’s been called “fig” so many times he might actually be able to.

Well there's some A&M poster on here who apparently wants to take legal action so maybe.

It wouldn't be libel though

Yes and she’s not a public figure and what was said imputed her chastity so some of the normal obstacles to getting a defamation verdict wouldn’t be there.

I'd hang that lawsuit like a plaque in my house if that ever happened to me.

That is my Super Bowl

She could probably "talk" a lawyer into suing anybody for anything.

If one could sue for such a thing social media would not exist. That is sue for commenting on a rumor.
Now I do think she would have standing to sue whoever started it.

Look they definitely slept together. Could Auburn prove it? No, that’s why he’s still the coach. I doubt she wants to start that lawsuit and have real lawyers questioning her. If that happens the truth that’s being swept under the rug will actually come out.

I’ve seen her IG. The fact that it’s still public tells me that she’s loved this attention.

Truth is the best defense against a charge of defamation.
