Most coaches played a lot of football. Even if they didn’t, the vote is done by people who understand the difference between an overtime win over Georgia southern compared to a blowout win over auburn. Not every win is created equal.

Why are you posting evidence of your clock killing drive?

17 plays, 4 runs, 1 by the QB. So 13 plays were passes, exactly how teams intentionally kill the clock.

Of course I did.Ive heard it a zillion times.

There's a sports talk hosts in Atlanta who uses the quote almost daily during the FB season.

Y’all needed to score quickly, but your coach didn’t call a drive with any sense of urgency. He was fine with the clock killing Dink and dunk strategy.

We don't have the OL or the QB who can hold up / throw a 30 yard pass vs good teams. For someone who claims to know so much about football, youre pretty clueless.

UF v LSU Scoring drives
12 plays 75 yards 6:21
13 / 75 6:56
11 / 75 3:51
8 / 76 4:06
12 / 78 5:06 picked off in EZ

longest play was 28 yards on a catch n run.
When were we a quick strike team this season vs a team with a pulse?
One dimensional with a poor OL. Kinda limited to what you can do offensively

Well yeah anything can happen especially if you get to one game. I mean I don’t feel great about Monday night but anything can happen in one game. So yeah I agree with you on that.

Look last week I said on here he was a good player and someone should take a chance on him and was questioned by a Georgia fan and now he’s coming there and some are like here we come CFP. Just find that funny. I honestly think it will still be between Georgia/ Florida for the East so I don’t think it’s a bad pick up just not sure you can win the SEC with the guy. He didn’t look good against Clemson who let’s be honest is the only really good team he played. He’s not bad especially as a dual threat but not sure if Kirby will use him that way.

As far as Fromm, I like Fromm don’t think it was his fault he had only Pickens to throw to with Cager being hurt so much. Don’t think the play calling did Fromm any favors. I honestly think Fromm will make more money than I will ever make for a few years. Somebody will draft the guy. Think he make a good living probably as a back up. Who knows guy gets in the NFL never know.

You don’t have to throw a bunch of deep passes to score rather quickly, as your LSU drives show

Play calling gave him open td shots downfield to other capable players, and he missed. If this new guy can hit those, and his advanced stats indicate he can do it well, this is an upgrade for uga

He might. I think the guy has a lot of potential. He’s a better athlete. But he is going to face some better defenses.

Playing Against better d’s, but with better players so that should wash out. He is going to play with a consistent talent adv for the first time in his career.

Yeah I agree with you he’s got better talent around him. Similar to when I advised Mizzou fans to pump the brakes on Bryant because he had better talent at Clemson. Just other way around. He will have better talent at Georgia.

We’ll see. You could have done worse

Bryant only threw for 13 tds in 2017 with Clemson talent adv, so there was plenty of reason to doubt him. You are correct in saying this is the opposite.

Newman is better than Stetson Bennett, which is what the question here really should be. UGA was headed for complete disaster, and Newman will at least be a band-aid.

Now the complete confidence that some UGA fans in Newman to maintain UGA as a national contender is unfounded, though. Also considering their OL losses, next year is definitely a rebuilding year for them and no one should expect them to be better than UF. They'll be closer to UT than to UF.

It's true. Feel free to bookmark if you like. UT will be solid next year, though, so it's not really an insult

This is where after after hyping Fromm they suddenly claim he sucked (with as good of numbers) and Newman is just the Greatest QB no one has heard of.

Gators said that after 2017 and after 2018, but have been wrong. I suppose it’s always been possible, just not probable. For your sake, don’t bet your mortgage.
