I am so tired of hearing this shite. saban choked several games away against Gus.
The Kick Six for example.......moron tries a 57 yard FG. Auburn has a guy in the endzone and calls TO because we want a different guy back there. saban still has no clue what's going on.
Two years ago saban freaks out because Auburn has their starting QB in on fourth down.
That isn't luck. It was poor coaching decisions on the other sideline.

I think Just being a 2 loss team would have been a Miracle enough with Nick Marshall.
I dont Consider the Kick6 a miracle. You were tied anyway and Auburn was playing well.
UGA was a legit miracle.
But it is crazy the QBs Gus recruited.

AU had some other talent around Cam. Also Gus had a system that very few people know how to stop.

Losing the HUNH to the substitution rule changes was the single biggest blow to his offensive strategy. Our route trees were never sophisticated and didn't have to be because with the substitution rules before they were changed to allow the defense to substitute if the offense does, you could have fairly simple plays exploit a tired defense much easier.
The change in offensive strategy to a more pro style QB was I think an adaptation and just trying to survive once his biggest strategic advantage was gone, but it clearly didn't work and is frankly a baffling decision. Once the talent on OL dried up once recruiting got harder because the offense was so stale, it was a wrap.

I have no idea what your roster looks like right now but i can tell you with 100% certainty that your offensive lineman will not improve under Will Friend.

That was the unsung hero of the 2010 team. No individual stars on that OLine, but it was a good, solid college line.

Who said I was talking about beating Alabama?
Two bad calls gifting Auburn wins last year.
The Prayer at Jordan-Hare
Yes, I'm sure those were amazing coaching decisions by Malzahn in all 3 cases, right?

Auburn will regret that firing

bama never benefits from the officiating.......evar.
How many times has bama been called for pick plays the last five years?...............because you run way more than a handful every game.

Rule changes and horrible OL classes.

I agree. Even if it’s not a touchdown, it was going to overtime and our offense had bama drained by the end. I felt very good about OT.

Yes and no. The play was incredibly improbable and the miracle everyone remembers, but maybe the biggest miracle was that UGA was down 20 with less than ten minutes left in the game and managed to take the lead.

When losing the argument, invent a false narrative.
Politics 101. You running for State Senate in Bama?

If it was poor coaching decision on the other side then what about Auburn decision to extend and give a huge raise to Gus when he wasn't worth the extension and raised? Then to fire him a year or so later! Just maybe Nick Saban knew what he was doing because he wanted Gus to get a raised and extension and not to get fired earlier. It worked so far for Nick Saban! :)

Who the frick said that was a good decision? Newsflash: All the parties who made that happen have been gone for a few years now.
Also, that was not a coaching decision (an in game decision made by a member of the coaching staff.)
And…he was fired 3 years after the extension, not a year. You should know all that given your Rain Man-esque obsession with all things Auburn.
You have a lot of opinions but very few facts to support them

Yep! Arkansas got a bad ref call and should have won that game last year against Gus and Auburn!
