Surprised that you have Georgia losing 5 of their championship games against the west.
The West is now and will continue to be the dominant side of the league.... in fact I think it will become even more lopsided over the next 10 years. I think Bama beats Georgia this year to win the SEC. So there's one for you to start things out.

He also said this which was very misleading like it just took him 5 years to do it. 2000 was his 10th year as the head coach.
Well Dan Mullen did not beat a single Top 15 team to my knowledge (final AP rankings) during his entire 9 year tenure.... so either way it goes to show Mullen failed miserably in the Big Win category.

I been thinking the same thing. They had one great year and now they can't stop making stupid threads about how awesome they are while putting down all the other programs lmao.

One good year? Georgia has the second most regular season SEC wins during the last 10 years... behind only Bama.
And 80% of that was prior to hiring Kirby.

SEC Regular season wins since 2000:
101- Alabama
100- LSU
99- Georgia
98- Florida
89- Auburn
Georgia is two regular season wins away having the most in the league over the past 18 seasons. I find it interesting that you all keep saying that Georgia "had one good year"..... you don't have that many SEC wins over nearly two decades because of one lone good season. Sorry, doesn't work that way.

And Georgia has only appeared in one national championship in 30 years but that’s not stopping Georgia fans from predicting more appearances
What’s the number for South Cackylacky? When’s the last time the fowl fowls won the SEC? Be gone before someone drops a house on you.

53- Auburn (66.3%)
52- Texas A&M (65.0%)
51- Florida (63.8%)
46- LSU (57.5%)
43- S. Carolina (53.8%)
36- Mississippi St (45.0%)
35- Tennessee (43.8%)
35- Missouri (43.8%)
24- Arkansas (30.0%)
23- Ole Miss (28.9%)
15- Kentucky (18.8%)
12- Vanderbilt (15.0%)
That's not a stretch considering past history ... but you give UGA A LOT of credit for moving forward while ignoring some others who are doing the same.
Also, the math doesn't add-up. For instance ... The West.
Next ten years, average number of SEC (conference) wins per year (and I am taking into account SECCG appearances).
6.7 WPY - Alabama
5.3 WPY - Auburn
5.2 WPY - Texas A&M
4.6 WPY - LSU
3.6 WPY - Mississippi St
2.4 WPY - Arkansas
2.3 WPY - Ole Miss
30.1 WPY out of 56 games per year played ...
... of which 42 are intradivisional and 14 are cross-divisional.
You can't play yourself and either win or lose to yourself so you deduct yourself but, as a division you still have to take the totals and all games played into account.
Take the average losses to The East over the next ten years including the SECCG ... let's say conservatively 6.5 per year ... and that's being generous to The West based upon recent past averages.
So now we're up to 36 ... or even round up to 37 WPY total for The West.
Out of 56.
It doesn't add up especially when you combine your SEC East predictive numbers to the equation.
It doesn't balance.

Ya, I never tried to argue that. Facts are facts. I'm only saying that there are not that many other coaches in the league that would have done better.

I'd put the over/under on East championships for UGA at 3.5 over the next 10 years
I think 8 is aggressive AF, but I'll take the over on your 3.5 in a heartbeat.

What a load of BS. We still lead the Georgia series, and we will after this decade. Nobody stays on top, dude, except maybe Bama. It all goes in cycles.

Its like 1990's all over again, expect UGA is UF, and UF is UT.

not even close as to who is the best coach in MSST history, and anyone who thinks it was Sherrill is kidding themselves.
Not sure why Sherrill had a poor final 3 seasons, but he had plenty of success before that.
