The only good answer is Saban retiring.
Alabama will never not be a top 10 team with Saban there.
There may be a hiccup year every now and then, but that will look a lot like 2010, still a 10 win season.

When real speculation starts about Saban retiring, their recruiting will decline like at the end of Bowden, Paterno, and Spurrier's careers.

Obviously they will be doomed as soon as the ink is dry on the contracts when Saban hires Ed O as DC and Jim Harbaugh as OC just because he can

No one can replicate what he did there. Sorry. Just not going to happen anytime soon.
He is the best coach in history. So their decline happens when he leaves. By decline I mean come back down from the insane high of the last ten years. Not decline as in hiring a TE coach that sucks as OC.
