Predict a playoff upset

I predict old mrs fans are going to be very upset a two days.

They've already been melting epicly for a while.

I don't know how much more melting they have left, but for entertainment sake, I hope they have plenty melt left

That baffles me. We can't, and won't, run the ball.

I predict losing 4 games gives Coach Deborah an extension, an epic upset for Alabama fans

You really think there isn't a chance Ole Miss could beat UGA?

There's always a chance in any matchup. But the chances went down when Lane left before the playoffs.

It's hard for me to think a team playing without their head coach is going to be in great shape. I don't think they'll be enough worse to lose to Tulane, but I do think UGA would have to have a REALLY off day to lose to OM at a neutral site with Kiffin gone.

What revenge? Beck left UGA, UGA did not leave Beck. UGA doesn't get into NIL bidding wars unless it is a position that they do not have competent players to fill if someone leaves. Beck's position wasn't one of those, Miami offered more money, UGA doesn't get into NIL bidding wars except in rare circumstances and Beck left of his own volition. Seeing as how he is, at times, a turn over machine when pressured and UGA would be able to pressure him should they meet it is probably not something Miami fans nor Beck wanna see....

The biggest update would be JMU over Oregon. Not going to happen because JMU has no business in the playoffs.

Historically, the teams with the top blue chip ratios always win the title

Not true.

The team that wins the title has had over a blue chip ratio over 50% in every season since recruiting rankings have been a thing.

It' snot the TOP ratio, just a 50% or higher ratio.

THe final 4 last year were all over 50%. But UGA had the highest ratio and did not make the final four. You don't need the most talent... but you need "enough".

Those over 50% this year are:

OSU: 79%
Bama: 78%
UGA: 75%
Oregon: 67%
A&M: 73%
OU: 63%
Miami: 55%

Those are the teams with a shot. At least two will be eliminated the first round due to playing each other.

Interesting. So, you predict Miami beats Texas A&M and Ohio State?

I've already addressed this.

With all the heavy rains and flooding in the Northwest. They are now saying the Oregon vs JMU game maybe flooded out. If so, where do they play?

If JMU wasnt so bad...I would pick them to beat Oregon because the Ducks played one hard team all year in Indiana and lost. They had the worst strength of schedule of any team in the playoffs.....right up there with Texas A&M who only played Texas and Notre Dame and went 1-1....only beating ND by 1.

A&M lost focus down the stretch. If they can find the fire they had against LSU once again, they could go far. Beat OSU. I’m not sure they beat Miami right now …

Ton of distractions with upcoming changes at both coordinator positions. Also, still a little banged up. Will Moss be back or not?
