We sure did. Hope y'all hung a banner to commemorate that monumental win in the Texas Bowl. That's just about the high water mark for your dilapidated program.

It was Tom Herman's worst season in his 4-year career, and it would've been Barry Odom's or Drinkwitz's best year had it occurred at Missouri

Mizzou’s worst years are Texas’s best years now days.

Hadn’t you heard?

This is factually incorrect. I'd expect nothing less from a Longhorn

It's true. Sad how far the Longhorns have fallen

I really wish that year LSU could have played Texas later in the season. Would not be even close to the score that was

It was 45-31 and Ut scored at the very end to make it look closer. LSU was in control basically the entire game. I agree though. If it was in November, the score would have been 50-7 like A&M.

How is it possible CNN hasn't signed Chip Brown to a long term contract?

Even tho they just waxed us, I’ll always have our 3rd natty to thank OU for.

Damn. Y'all have such little tradition that you even have to take our smack talk too

I remember that quote well when it came back to prominence in 2017. It was meant to rattle our fanbase and football team at some "payback" on the way. But instead the Tigers let Texas score a touchdown within the first 6 plays of the game and then let our punter completely bury their entire athletic program

FIFY. Sorry for your tears that Missouri's best football team in who knows how long was just a dogshit stain on the bottom of the shoe of our worst team in the last 4 years.

Texas won a NY6 bowl the next year and Missouri has never even played in one

That’s weird because Mizzou had an even better team the next year

Mizzou has also had more ten win seasons (3) than Texas has since 2010 (1)

Funny how Texas superiority ended the moment Bama rocked Garrett Gilbert’s world in 2009

ETA: This is Matt Jones right? When the Hogs went over there to Austin and slapped the Horns around?

Funny how Missouri fans are bringing up lost superiority talking about a game they've never been to or will play in

Face it - you were always our bitch in the Big 12, you were a massive bitch when we met on the field after you left, and you're going to be our bitch again very soon

Texas was superior before 2010. After 2010 Mizzou has been the better program.

Same number of conference/national titles. Mizzou has more CCG appearances, Mizzou is 1-1 against Texas, Mizzou has more ten win seasons, Texas has total 78 wins, Mizzou has 81 total wins. Missouri also has fewer losing seasons, all while playing in the much tougher conference.

Bring it
