Good players but bad teams still getting run out as great teams.

I often do a double take since his photo looks like Cliff Claven.

Is saying the B10 is stronger in football even controversial? Pretty clear from the playoffs. And somehow, holding a lay down hand, Sankey managed to come away with a worse media rights deal than the B10.

What proof do you have? Bowl games and the playoffs just a few months ago showed the SEC was weak top to bottom.
Bowl games have been irrelevant for a few years now. A significant number of players sit them out unless playoff game.

You guys are so full of excuses it’s comical. Bowl games don’t matter, beat each other week after (FSU over Bama in week 1), etc. stop the excuse making and just win.
And using the NFL as some of measurement is once again laughable. What does that mean for collegiate team success?
Ohio State, Alabama, and Texas A&M had the most players drafted and I didn’t see any of them in the Natty game? Did you?

Not an excuse, it’s the reality of college football and not limited to any single conference or team.
Player opt-outs are absolutely adversely affecting non-playoff bowl games.
