awesome. Lot of character and charm. I get why they built a new stadium, but the new place looks so sterile to me, although I've never seen it in person. Very corporate look to it. Rosenblatt was more like your old school minor league park that had undergone expansions over time as attendance increased.

Never been to a game, but was in Omaha for work during the CWS in 2006 - made a huge mistake and forgot to book hotel in advance. Ended up staying at some roadside hotel in Iowa about 30 miles away and driving into Omaha each day.

Was there as well. Tickets got a lot better when Nebraska got kicked!
My dad, brother and I made the trip. Watched Miami mudhole Stanford while my feet were on the backstop.
Was a bucket list item for me. Making the trip with Daddy and Big Bother just made it that much sweeter.
And seeing Harold Reynolds watching from outside the pressbox on his day off was cool as Hell too.

Yes. Went to a game in 2017, then was in town for the entire tournament in 2024 (did not attend every game).
