Lunch in the N.O. area Saturday

Posted by BiscuitKLR on 2/12/25 at 9:58 pm
Will be in Biloxi this weekend and was thinking about heading west for lunch Saturday, Would prefer to stay away from the Quarter.

Sandwiches and the like are what I'm thinking,

Any suggestions from this bunch?

Edited to add---Muffaletta and po boys are my main goal. I've had Central Grocery before.
The ones in the red and yellow bag type package?

I would love to have one again,
Mayo and pickles on my slopy jos! Good stuff.

Try toasting the bun a bit too
When I was at State, I learned that a meatball sub with mayo and banana peppers from Subway was the truth. My roomates thought I was a fool until they tried it. Still get one from time to time.
When the cat said :send it", I got tickled!!! Those guys are living it and the dad is cool as frick too!

35mm film developing

Friend of mine found 15ish disposable cameras
and five or six rolls of undeveloped film at her house the other night.

I need to know where to get them developed. I went to CVS and they looked at me like I had a monkey dick growing out of my head, Figure Walgreens would be the same

Hope between the bullshite respones, I may could get an idea of somewhere that would develope them for her,

Anyone had experience with this?

Thanks for the info, guys!

He is more of a chain type place guy. He will venture out on occasion though.

Parish, although would be right up my alley, looks a little too swanky for his bunch!

I'm thinking Trapps may be the spot for him. Looks just nice enough and the menu looks pretty basic.

re: Tupelo - good place to live?

After reading these responses, I have chuckeld quiet a bit. I have lived here for almost 50 years and can't find any thing wrong with it other than what you'd find in any town. It isn't a party town by any means, but plenty to do. As mentioned, it is a short trip to many cool arse places too. Great place to be.

When theirs hit 12, showed two figs kissing. I was a bit surprised at first, but after the camera was on them for about 5 seconds, I figured that was the M.O.

The Nashville show wasnt too bad though
Wow, she sounds like a heartless count!
