Didn't roster them so no rules are broken
Nit picking how you want to count it is irrelevant to the actual rules.

I always thought the 'LSU FANS ARE RETARDED' thing was just a meme. I guess not
So, if the accusations are true, you believe they wouldn’t use that in the lawsuit?

That would be retarded.

It's been answered multiple times - encouraging players to sue the NCAA/SEC.

I’m sure ole Miss didn’t encourage Chambliss to sue the NCAA/SEC to stay all the while offering him 6 million a year….

Not at all….

He’s scared because he knows LSU is about to put up 60 in Oxford next Saturday.

No I just want to know what rules have been broken, that's all

To be honest…. I wouldn’t know how many rules LSU has broken.

Because they haven't broken any. Toed the line? Yes, but didn't roster players

So is trying to bring in NFL players to compete with college kids.

They cannot be nfl players until they show up on an nfl roster.

There doesn't seem to be an actual proof of this so far...

Proof isn't required. That's why the federal lawsuit is a 1A case - freedom of association.

#1. He didn't sue the SEC.
#2. According to Tom Mars, it was Kiffin that encouraged the lawsuit.

I get that, I'm not talking about the 1A case. It's fairly weak and will likely be thrown out.

I'm talking about the countersuit if LSU gets expelled.

1.He sued the NCAA and won. SEC did nothing, and let it stand.
2. Players in Baton Rouge sued the NCAA, not the SEC. They win. SEC in turn sues LSU who had nothing to do with the lawsuit.

Of course you see no problem with this. Sankey could have easily threatened Ole Miss with expulsion for playing a player deemed ineligible. But here we are. Hypocrisy at its finest…

The whole vote is for nothing but to put LSU and Kiffin in their place but it's also crazy how just because LSU fans decide someone isn't an ex-NFL player then they can say they aren't and make it like they were never in an NFL organization.

Pretending it didn't happen doesn't change anything. No one here has any say in what is going on or what matters. LSU and/or Kiffin has made someone that matter mad and are in the spot light because of it. Kiffin adding drama to it didn't help anything.
