Which is true. Still nice to watch, especially when they have to adapt and do so with surprising effectiveness.

He has only been a head coach for 2 years in his entire career.

This is the problem with UGA fans' logic. You think you know what Kirby can do. I know what Saban can do. There is a long list of coaches that have got off to a hot start or lucked into a good season. There is only one Saban.
The real question here is "Would you like a guaranteed NC or two depending on how long Saban coaches, or take your chances that Kirby wins more than that over his career?" As a fan of a team that hasn't won one in nearly 40 years, I'm surprised you wouldn't take the guaranteed thing.
