frenzy 4 the best recruits in those territories especially out west who want to play against the best specifically big 2 ..sec big 10...Grubb Washington oc to bama oc great move ..whoever does substantially the best will have a leg up in my humble analysis

You know how pissed I was when we didn’t get a bid to the SEC? Ask Arkansas, we’re the most like an SEC school culture wise. Obviously it’s money, but for Stillwater we hold our own more than enough in TV ratings, pull in most of our atheltes/students from Texas, many alum live here. Come the frick on. You give us an extra 30 million a year, lol we’re 3 hours from Dallas and the A&M alternative.

If it was about fit and fit only, Okie State makes much more sense than Mizzou. But if that’s your argument then West Virginia makes more sense than either of them.
Okie State is just in a shite position because Mizzou is in a state by themselves like Arkansas so they obviously get a bid while Oklahoma gets first choice over Okie State since we aren’t taking two when one delivers the entire state. It’s a shite deal but it’s reality that this is all driven by subscribers and not best fit.

With Stillwater being a short drive from Northwest Arkansas, there have been plenty of Razorback fans and the Hog calls have been loud.
Most fan bases fold after being drowned out and overwhelmed by Razorback fans. The new bunkmates to the Southwest would simply start crying and filing petitions to the league office because drinks being held on top of heads, yelling too loud, and holding "hook 'em" signs upside down triggers them.

Would have preferred you all to anything in Texas joining. More original Big 8 the better.

They didn't want you guys in 2010, they still don't want you guys. The only difference this time is OU didn't sacrifice themselves to insist on bringing lil brother along like Boren did 12 years ago. I was just as pissed as you are now when Boren turned down the SEC then.
