If those 3 pics represent Bama accurately, then OU;s campus is 10 times better than Bamas…..

But the game is about who has the better football team this year…..

We will see…..

Is that better or worse than losing to Appalachian State at home?

Or to Alabama 59-0?

Or to Oklahoma 77-0?

Or to UCLA after leading 44-10?

Or to Case McCoy herp-derping down the field to set up a game-winning field goal in Kyle?

The thing with A&M is they have so many embarrassing losses that none even stick out.

I do not know about ugly but it is pretty unimpressive and has a high meh rating. They have some really nice spaces on Campus but overall it is a McDonalds with Bama being Commanders Palace aesthetics wise.

I've never been to Norman (thank the good Lord), but I believe this 100%.

It's okay. Kinda reminded me of Auburn's landscape with Florida State's buildings. I wouldn't say it's bottom tier SEC, but it's certainly nowhere near the classic SEC campuses

You like pictures taken with flowers in the foreground?

Here's paperwasp's POV at a tailgate when he's had too much to drink and doesn't feel like trekking all the way to official "bathrooms" designated by "the man."

They don't
No idea why he picked those. Overall, we've done a great job keeping the architectural integrity of the campus, even going so far as to undoing the mistakes of the 60s-70s

Yeah; that was a really weird post. I’m not trying to shite on OU here but those pictures were not compelling.

“But but but! They have these tulips they planted last year!”

You are looking at pictures... you have no clue.

I went to OU. Lived in Norman for more than 20 years and have visited the Bama campus several times.

Here is the lowdown on OU's campus...

The "Academic" campus... which consists of the North and South Ovals is very nice and holds up with Alabama or anywhere else pretty well.

If you look on a map that is the area bracketed by Boyd Street to the North, Elm to the west, Lindsey to the south, and Asp on the east.

Lots of green space, low canopy trees, flower beds. And the OU lawn is very lush bermuda and fescue.

Nobody who ever sees this area says OU is ugly.

BUT, the residential part of campus (south of Lindsey) is pretty horrid. No other way to put it. As they redo it.... they are putting up some nice new traditional buildings, but a lot of the old crap you looked at is still there.

A lot of OU's charm is how the university meshes into the neighborhoods to the north and west of campus. Campus corner is very collegiate. It functions like the strip but I prefer it to the strip because it isn't really a main drag in town.

OU has had a disadvantage because it was raised up on a treeless plain. It is very nice now, but all the trees there were planted somewhere along the way.

So you posted a bunch of touched up photos that are likely used by the university of oklahoma to promote the school. Congrats.

Pretty accurate. As someone with no dog in this fight, I might give Bama the edge, but it's not like the Bama campus is knockout gorgeous. It probably just has less marginal areas than OU.

I have visited their campus several times. It is not ugly at all.

I also expected them to have ugly women like Nebraska..... I was wrong.
