That prayer at the beginning had to leave some folks in a titter.

Deion was one "dadgummit" away from morphing into Bobby Bowden.

The dude is gonna kill it, gonna make a bunch of people uncomfortable as hell with his Bobby Bowden like approach but he demands excellence from every facet.

Might not be the best X&Os coach but he know leadership and how to manage and how to recruit like crazy.

Love the parts about diversity, spiritual health and especially about the development for the work force and job placement

I will be pulling like crazy for him to succeed

I'm not convinced he can coach. He sounds good and all, but we'll see.

Watched his documentary and I left with a better impression of him than I had going in.

He doesn’t stand a chance… That place is way too white for him. Should’ve waited.

I’m not either. He wants a camera on him at all times and he plays to the camera. Not genuine and he uses “l” and “me” one thousand times more than the average person.

I’ve never liked his personality. But, he has delivered at all levels - college, pros, HC. Turned Jackson St completely around. Colorado will be his biggest challenge.

His job is to hire the right coaches. He seems a good judge of people. He is the conductor. Other people play the music.
