LSU has better odds than Ole Miss without their Heisman QB, 2 wide receivers, OC and whole defensive staff

goes to show how bad the defense was

Shiny betting hooks occur all the time. Don't think anyone actually believes that outside of BR.

No conference expansion or expanded playoffs, I’d take Texas. I’ll always have faith in BAMA, but if Milroe is the starter this fall, I like our chances less.

Can't even imagine them trying to do odds for MAKING the playoffs now.

Some G5 school will have better odds than 90% of P5.

How the hell is LSU that high without Daniels and the two WR's?

Ole Miss might be a sneaky bet if they can avoid the inevitable loss to Alabama somewhere.

Ole Miss and Alabama don't play this year, unless it's in Atlanta or in the playoffs. If that's the case (either instance), they will both likely still be in the hunt.

Still have play makers on offense. And a talented defense. Nuss has all spring to work with the 1s. Will only get better.

I still think it's bs to award a playoff spot to any G5 school. Instead, let G5 have their own playoff instead of forcing one of them into the P5 picture.

There are plenty of minor bowls to structure some kind of playoff for G5. What happened to Liberty this year will be the rule, not the exception.

Somebody from P5 who will have played a much more difficult schedule won't make next year's playoff. Either create a G5 playoff; or let P5 break away.

So going by this, the oddsmakers at Betonline think Tennessee is a top ten team (tied for 10 with PSU).

I'll allow it.

Nuss is better than JD5, Bo Nix, Penix, Maye, Caleb Williams, Archie Manning, Peyton Manning, Eli Manning and Arch Manning, Brady, Ryan Leaf, Johnny Unitas, Bobby Scott, Bill Kilmer, and Gary Cuozzo and Guido Merkens! That’s why LSU is ranked high. I actually thought LSU would be ranked 1 or 2.

Does FSU even have a roster that might be realistic yet?

Considering our schedule, I wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole.
