I'd say Knowshown: talented as shite, tons of swagger and nothing to show for it

I want to change my answer to DJ Shockley. Loved that guy.
Other good ones would be brannan Southerland and the monster David Pollack

Georgia has had a rough go of it the last couple of years. I'm going to be pulling for Georgia as my 2nd SEC team all year. Hope Bama gets to meet you guys in Atlanta in December. Roll Tide & Go Dawgs!

Tough choice
Pure player - Tebow
Player then coach - Spurrier
If I had to pick one.......Spurrier

For Georgia Tech, I would say Sean Bedford:
-Walk-on center
-Twice named All-ACC
-3.8 GPA in aerospace engineering

As an Arkansas fan...I have to say Reggie Fish

Without question, it's Pat Trammell.

Clyde "Smackover" Scott
Clyde grew up in Smackover, Arkansas and played football and ran track at the University of Arkansas. He is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame.
Scott is only one of two players to have their football number retired at the University. He is also the only Razorback in history to be selected an All American in two sports. He won the Silver Medal in the 110 yard hurdles in August, then later that year rushed 95 times for 670 yards and returned 8 kickoffs for 190 yards. Scott was also voted 1st Team ALL SWC from 1946-1948.
Scott rushed for 1,463 yards in his career. In 1948 he averaged 7.0 yds per carry.

John Abraham is the first who comes to mind for me, if we're talking strictly football.

I'm gonna go with Marcel Dareus for UA. And not in a good way....
Marcel plays lights out for a defensive series, then takes a couple series off, then comes back again and plays lights out for another series.
Alabama does this as well.
60's-70's - Lights out
80's - not so much
early 90's lights out
mid 90's -
late 90's - pretty damn good
early and mid 00's - /wrists
Late 00's forward - Back on top

I'll go with Paul Bryant. Tough, hard nosed player, fought through injury and nothin but a winner.

you seem a little insecure. you feel the need to bash someone that was so awesome just to make yourself feel a little better. job well done!
