Sure, everyone in CFB cheats to win to some degree. Aggies claiming to be the richest school (they are not) and a solid history of cheating, yet still averaging 8-4 and .500 in conference is just exhibit A for the lack of respect you receive.
Claiming obscure national titles from a century ago and false conference titles from decades ago on the stadium during the last remodel a few years ago makes you look desperate for relevance. In your minds you think you’re Bamas equal, in reality you’re not even UTs equal. Not even close.
In the big 3 sports, Aggies are tied with Miss St and Missouri at the bottom of the SEC for fewest National Championships. They think they are a top program nationally despite being a middle of the pack program regionally.
You bought the #1 recruiting class then claim a super secret NIL program that nobody’s heard about, that the coaches don’t need to talk about because everyone knows about it. Then your coach publicly claimed it wasn’t NIL and starts threatening to out others.
Just sack up and fricking own it, quit demanding success and go earn it…

So, if he is using NIL (Which is legal now) why do you think he is doing it illegally? Your logic just doesn't follow. A&M is using NIL, just like every other major program out there.

OP, this is first year for NIL. Texas A&M has a very large very well financed fan base.

That's what I was thinking. Just because they are more proficient at it does not necessarily mean they are cheating.

Well, that is done by outside entities, right? Outside companies, and it really doesn't matter when they approach a recruit.
But, yeah....I would imagine every program out there is using NIL. I guess I was wondering why A&M was being singled out as the cheaters.
NIL is not supposed to tie a recruit to a program. but let's face it. If an Athens car dealership wants to offer a recruit NIL, then the kid leaves Georgia, what do you think happens to his NIL deal? The kid is of no use to that dealership if he is playing in Oklahoma.

Quinn Ewers literally did a commercial with the car dealership that gave him a car for going to Ohio State joking about how he now had to give it back.
As to the bolded it is because a lot of folks simply don't think A&M is worthy or it triggers the crap out of them. Only certain schools are permitted to recruit well apparently.

If he was at Bama when this so called cheating occurred, did nothing or said nothing , then he would be just as guilty as those he is accusing

He really was defensive. Looked like a guy who was sweating an investigation. Really should be one. No way this many top recruits go to the hell hole that is college station without huge incentives. Some probably highly illegal even for these days

There's no point in harping over it anymore unless you just wanna dunk on aggy. Texas fans have seen this micropenis song and dance before and we know they're gonna get popped by the NCAA sooner or later.
The most aggie thing for them to do would be to drop a ton of cash to "get back" at the SEC for letting Texas in without fully thinking their NIL schemes through. These knuckleheads went to a good university, but they still lack common sense.
