Tennessee really needs to win this game for the conference. That being said, I still find it hard to root for them...

Does anyone really care what the 5th or 6th place team in the Eastern division does against the Big 12's best team? I could see Bama/Wisconsin or Louisville/Auburn being important but this game is like Georgia playing Wake Forest or Bama playing Washington State. Who cares if a bottom feeder loses an OOC game they are supposed to lose?

If A&M holds ball state under 10 and OU blows out Tennessee, won't that effectively eliminate their fan base from the rant for the season?
I think this is a bigger reward than whatever the SEC could gain rep wise. I find it difficult to root for OU, but I will do it for the greater good of the rant.

Agreed. I'll be rooting for Tennessee. Even have $100 on the game with my Sooner aunt. But I think I'm throwing away money. I don't think Butch is that great of a coach. He was whipped last year by the Sooners, and they are going to be a lot better. And after that Florida game, I really don't think he has it in him to win close games.
