None of these big 10 teams are built for a sec conference schedule. They don’t need to be though.

Id agree. OSU will have all of their starters ready to go in playoffs...while the SEC teams will be missing many and still have some starters not fully healthy

The SEC has got whipped the last 2 playoffs. We can't talk mess until we stop getting b*tch slapped in these games. What Ohio State did to us last season was embarrassing.

I don’t know much about Indiana but that running back is a hoss and their QB is a goober but throws a damn good ball. Line has good size too. Lot of teams will be studying Texas Tech and Indiana for how to attack the portal. So far nobody has come close to getting the same results.

You like slo-motion football. Why? Please do tell who did Indiana beat this year that earned them so much status? What is their SOS?

The BIG 10 schools will get smashed in playoffs as long as officials allow the teams to play.

The team they beat last night (Ohio State) has 6 guys ranked in the top 40 on the NFL draft board (CBS's) for 2026, and that only ranks the top 100 picks. Remember Smith the Sophomore WR who will be a top 5 pick next year. That team that started for Ohio State last night probably has 15 NFL draft picks on it over the next 2 years. They had 14 in the 2025 NFL draft, 2 better than anyone.

Michigan and Ohio State have won the last 2 NC's and have a great chance to win it again with the 3 teams in it (IU, Ohio State and Oregon). They will have 3 teams in the Quarter finals (2 are already there) and Oregon will beat JMU in round 1.

Imagine that. They pit the SEC teams against each other and give Oregon JMU.

Indiana is the lowest team in the Big 10 on talent composite rankings and only #72 in the whole country. Only seven 4 stars on the roster. Pretty crazy.

Indiana has zero chance to go through a 3 team gauntlet. They will lose.

Well them doing that will assure the SEC wins some actual big games in the playoff this time unlike last season.

Do I think Cignetti is outstanding at talent identification and development? Yes.

Do I suspect Cignetti is being aggressive with “supplementation” to turn his 2-3* OL/DL linemen into guys who can hang with OSU 4-5* guys without years to develop them? Yes.

Do I have any evidence to support that? Absolutely not.

It is a business. They must allow other conferences a win every now and then to keep fan bases happy. SEC is about to go on another NC run.

People should be raising hell they pit SEC teams against each other in the playoffs. We know the reason now, don't we?

They simply want to prevent 4 SEC teams in the semi-finals.

Dude stop. Ohio State won it all last year and hadn't lost since Michigan last season. Indiana beat them. With your putrid offense a safety would be enough for them to beat you

A team full of these guys wil always out perform expectations. Look at the maturity on Vandys roster.

Thank you for that unique perspective. It will stick with me. Not trolling… sometimes it’s not clear on this board.
