Apparently the blood clot in his leg has moved and that’s incredibly dangerous.

There’s talk this could be a career ending medical condition and it could be worse than that..

I don’t care who you pull for in football.. pull for Jalen

Yes, he has a blood clot in his leg from a hit last week. It’s moved.. which is very scary.

He’s out for 4 weeks minimum

It's not a DVT yet so I'd be surprised if it were career ending. Hopefully they're able to treat and resolve it.

Everything I’ve heard is that it is superficial

Not life or career threatening but it will need to be treated with blood thinners which will keep him out while he is on it

I thought that treatment would typically be a month or a week or so more which should mean IR but sounds like the eagles weren't initially thinking about IR

But maybe it’s changed in the last few hours and they will

Jalen has always seemed like a good dude. Hope he makes a full and speedy recovery.

They have some microscopic little things that can grab those clots. But it is life threatening and scary. I learned a little when my Dad had a clot in his leg. Knowing is key before it throws. Prayers for Jalen. He is a heck of a young man….beyond football! That counts way more for this old man before football ability

Yep! He has always minded his own business, carried himself very well and doesn't live like he is made of money.

I wish he and his family nothing but the best, and I will be praying for the young man.

Prayers from this Vol fan. The way Jalen Hurts handled being benched and battled back to win an SEC title when TUA went down is something we will NEVER see again with this new NIL/Transfer portal era. I hate Alabama but how can you not root for that young man. I pray he gets better and gets to play. He is old school and a terrific role model

Damn - I thought if they were aware it was simple to resolve

Hope he is okay
