What pisses me off the most about posts like this is that by asking Arkansas what happened you completely take away what Kade and the pitching staff did. Arkansas is a great team and the pitching staff took care of business.

You know teams can win games without the other team being shite. LSU just played better today, that does not mean Arkansas sucks.

Most of the Pig posters here weren’t overconfident. The “complete team” talking point came from the media especially media in Louisiana.
Arkansas is very freaking good and we’ll have to play them again Wednesday.

We probably are the most complete team, but y'all probably have the best two starters in college baseball. If they do their thing, it's hard to beat y'all in a short series. If they don't, then the fall off in pitching is pretty significant. We needed to work Anderson harder, but we didn't. Gaeckle pitched a gem after Root's meltdown. That's why most of us knew the game was over when LSU was up 3-0 in the second and Anderson was dealing and keeping his pitch count low. Best case scenario for you guys and worst for us.
